We're super conscious of the impact on our planet so we have made the decision to make our returns process completely paperless by ensuring that our returns are made entirely digital. This includes the removal of returns cards from CRAFTD orders.

Not to worry! Sometimes the courier may misplace orders / returns but as long as you can provide a receipt for the postage you paid to return your item/s back to us, we'll provide you with CRAFTD store credit. Without the postage receipt, we aren't a
