Not to worry! Sometimes the courier may misplace orders / returns but as long as you can provide a receipt for the postage you paid to return your item/s back to us, we'll provide you with CRAFTD store credit. Without the postage receipt, we aren't able to process any return requests if the return has been lost in transit back to our warehouse.
