If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact [email protected] immediately after purchase during the hours of 9:00 - 17:00 (GMT) for the best chance of us catching the order before it has began the despatch process. Unfortunately, once your order has been processed by our warehouses, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. Most orders are shipped within 12 hours. In the case that we're unable to amend your order, we ask that you please wait until the order arrives and follow the normal return policy procedure.
